Self-Sufficiency, Responsibility, and Empowerment
Hatch is governed by a board of directors, all recognized leaders from the greater Huntsville area. Board members are selected because they have demonstrated a personal involvement in civic affairs and a high level of commitment and philanthropic leadership in our community.
HATCH is an 8-week job training program that combines life skills workshops and industry standard culinary and hospitality training to empower opportunity youth to lead self-sufficient lives.
HATCH is a tax exempt 501(c)3 organization.
